OH3/OH2.5 - Ich krieg keine Installation hin

Ich glaube ich steh irgendwie im Walde(oder auf'm Schlauch).

Ich versuche seit einigen Tagen ein openHAB-System aufzusetzen und scheitere kläglich.
Ich hab es mit dem SD-Karten-Image probiert und auch mit einer manuellen Installation auf der Basis RasPi OS lite. Es klappt einfach nicht.

Es wird zwar immer das Linux-System installiert aber die OH-Installation wird abgebrochen. Als Hardware steht ein RasPi 4b mit 2 GB Speicher zur Verfügung(Ethernet).
Ich hab es auch mit verschiedenen Version (openHABian V1.6.6 und openHABian v1.7-beta) probiert.

In der "openhabian.conf" hab ich ich die Parameter

Bist Du sicher, dass openHAB nicht installiert ist? Die Meldung bezieht sich ja nur auf Frontail, und das schlägt fehl, weil NodeJS nicht installiert wird.

Udo, ich weiss, dass hört sich doof an, aber es ist wirklich so. Ich krieg OH nicht installiert.

Ich hab gestern noch mal einen Versuch gestartet. Basierend auf der Vorlage, die du mir schon mal gegeben hast. Da hab ich es dann hin bekommen (teilweise). Basis war hier das mit Etcher aufgespielte Image.

Allerdings ließ sich frontail nicht installieren, trotz:

Die Fehlermeldungen sagen mir eher weniger.

Irgendwie steh ich auf dem Schlauch. Ich frage mich auch, warum die Installation von frontail nicht klappt. Eigentlich mach ich ja nichts anderes als das Image mit Etcher auf die SD-Karte zu spielen und zu warten. Es gibt aber nach dem Ende der Installation (Abbruch) kein OH und auch keinen Dienst (openhab.service), etc.

Das einzige was nach dem Reboot passiert ist, dass "FireMotD" bzw. ".bash_profile" versucht auf oh2 zu zugreifen(das gibt's aber auch nicht).

Warum buster? Inzwischen ist bullseye längst stable, das Raspberry Pi OS sollte ebenfalls mit bullseye arbeiten.

Ich weiss. Ich habe ja Dank deiner "helfenden Hand" auch mein OH3-Test-System auf "bullseye" aufgerüstet. Das hat allerdings bei meinem Prod-System (2.5.12) nicht geklappt(mit einem Clone). Und so fing alles an......

Egal. Das Buster hatte von einem Installations-Versuch (openhabian 1.6.6)oder evtl. RasPi-OS auf der SD-Karte. Auf dieser Basis habe ich dann mit deiner Vorlage weiter gearbeitet. Theoretisch könnte(kann) ich jetzt OH3 aufrufen und einen Admin anmelden. Aber mit so einer "halben" Installation will ich nicht weiter arbeiten.

Ich hab es auch schon mit openhabian v1.7. beta probiert, da dort ja schon standardmäßig bullseye verwendet wird. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis.

Aber die Fehlermeldungen müssten andere sein. Bei buster bin ich ziemlich sicher, dass externe Paketquellen angepasst werden müssen, weil buster eben nicht mehr stable, sondern oldstable ist.
Auf der anderen Seite kann ich mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass 1.7 so broken sein soll und das niemandem auffällt...

Tja, da bin ich jetzt auch überfragt. Aber, wenn ich doch openhabian v1.6.6 nehme würde doch das Script die notwendigen Massnahmen erledigen.

Aber hier sollte ich ja die richtigen (aktuellen) Downloads bekommen und mit Option 1 flashen. Ich probier's erst mal mit 3.1stable und sollte das klappen, werde ich das mal mit dem Milestone probieren.

Vielleicht geschieht ja ein kleines Wunder

Dein wlan ist geblockt nach der opebhabian 1.7 Installation , wenn ich das richtig verstehe. Das hast du schon wahrgenommen, oder?

Ich hatte die Tage auch sowas nach einen meiner Updateversuche "buster" -> "bullseye". Aber ich kann mich nicht wirklich erinnern, wie ich das Problem gelöst habe.

Das hat aber m.W. nichts mit meinen Problemen zu tun, da ich am Ethernet hänge und gar keine Wi-Fi Verbindung habe. Es steht da auch, dass ich "raspi-config" benutzen sollte. Aber falls man das probiert, kommt diese Meldung:

Ja, sorry. raspi-config wird in ohb weggelassen, weil es die Dinge wohl verkompliziert.

Es wird sicher nicht jeder Milestone in openhabian implementiert. Den könntest ja dann ggf. mit openhabian-config nachinstallieren. Wenn du denn mal eine funktionierende Installation hättest ... <\ähem>

Auf der Basis von irgend einen Image von Joy-IT wegen Strompi3: ja, 2mal. Beim ersten mal war irgendwann irgendwas kaputt bzw. habe ich den vnc-server nicht zum spielen bekommen. Der zweite Versuch sieht besser aus, war aber auch holprig und ich kann nicht wirklich beschreiben, wie ich da hingekommen bin. Trotzdem ist das nix, was ich für ein Zielsystem machen würde, das stabil sein soll.

Hier gibt es gerade einen Artikel Upgrade: Raspberry Pi OS auf »Bullseye« aktualisieren. Aber so geradlinig ging das bei mir nicht.


EDIT meint: ich hätte mal die Anleitung von Udo dazu lesen sollen.
