Ja, Proxmox ist in meinen Augen eine der besten Virtualisierungsplattformen am Markt. Insbesondere kommt sie ohne viel Schnickschnack daher, bietet aber massig Funktionen, die bei der Konkurrenz teilweise nur gegen absurd hohe Lizenzzahlungen zu bekommen sind.
Und wenn man keinen Support benötigt, muss man überhaupt nichts zahlen und hat keine weiteren Nachteile, mal abgesehen von der Nervmeldung beim Einloggen (die man aber loswerden kann).
Ich arbeite beruflich als Anwender mit VMWare, ja, die Oberfläche ist schön bunt, aber schon der Zugriff als eingeschränkter User ist fürchterlich, weil ich zunächst nach dem Login den richtigen Bereich auswählen muss, da ich sonst nur Meckermeldungen bekomme...

dann muss ich mich dafür entschuldigen das es hier erst dann weiter geht, wenn der Proxmox server am Laufen ist. Wie läuft es denn dann mit Usb Gateway,s ? werden die dann auch ganz normal erkannt in den erstellt VMs ? könnte man sich ein USB Header adapter für mein Enocean Adapter besorgen und ihn einbinden ? vielleicht bietet das Mainboard ja auch die Pins.

Möchte halt eine All in One Lösung mit Kamera Nas EMail usw, dafür ist ein Raspberry einfach zu schwach.

Eine alte SSD hast Du nicht zur Hand? Weil, das sind eh alles Standard Bauteile, ich gehe mal davon aus, dass vom Alter her eine SATA Platte verbaut ist, das sollte also keine große Sache sein, da eine andere Platte einzubauen. openHAB auf debian benötigt keine große Platte, selbst eine 10 GByte SSD wäre ausreichend (ich denke nicht, dass man so kleine SSDs noch bekommt). Eine drehende Platte wäre hingegen eher nicht so gut, einfach weil sie mechanisch beansprucht wird und viel zu viel Strom schluckt.

Werde es heute Abend einfach noch mal neu aufspielen auf eine andere ssd. Melde mich dann wieder wenn ich die Oberfläche von openhab sehen kann.

so habe jetzt alles noch einmal von neuem mit einer neuen SSd Gestartet funktioniert auch bisher alles.
habe sogar mal nach dem USB enocean Adapter suchen lassen hier das ergebniss, vielleicht kannst du damit ja was anfangen.

auf grund der länge musste ich es in zwei teile machen.

sehr interessant habe mal alexa hinzugefügt und war überrascht das er vieles erkannt hat vom wibutler skill kann auch schon lampen schalten.
allerdings erkennt er nicht alles Jalousien überhaupt nicht obwohl ich die in der alexa app sehen kann.

Das heißt, in der Theorie solltest Du EnOcean mindestens über eines der beiden Devices erreichen können.
Installiere das EnOcean Binding und schau, ob Du in der Main UI die beiden seriellen Schnittstellen auswählen kannst. Ist das nicht der Fall, müssen wir erst noch dafür sorgen, dass die Schnittstellen in openHAB zur Verfügung stehen (was kein großes Problem ist).
